I service all of Westchester County, and surrounding areas of NY, NJ, and CT
Are your balloons biodegradable?
YES! All of the brands used for latex balloons are environmental friendly and biodegradable. However, I never recommend the releasing of any balloons. Mylar/foil balloons, however, are unfortunately not biodegradable, but can be recycled! Please dispose of all balloons properly after you're finished partying!
Can you use the Amazon kit I ordered?
No. Unfortunately, the quality of amazon balloons were not made to withstand heat and humidity. I take pride and put a lot of effort into each and every installation. Although Coordinated Clown solely uses high quality brands, balloons are subject to weather conditions. Some balloons may deflate sooner than expected. A shaded area is always recommended for outdoor structures.
My party only has X guests.
Installation's are not based upon guest count. Pricing is determined by size, travel, product and labor.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A 50% retainer is required upon booking to hold your time and date slot. The retainer fee is non-refundable less than 3 weeks to the event. I understand life happens and circumstances arise in which you may need to cancel or reschedule your event. If your event is canceled or rescheduled, I do offer the option to put your retainer towards a future event within the year.

How do I pay for my decor?
Once your order is finalized, I will provide a proposal via email. The 50% retainer can be paid via Zelle or cash. A signed proposal is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable no later than 2 weeks before your event, unless otherwise stated.
